Exchanges

• Accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original hangtag attached
• Message us on WhatsApp — we handle it personally

Returns

• Accepted within 7 days of delivery for the same conditions above
• Refunds issued via instapay
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer
• Manufacturing defects: full refund or replacement, no questions asked
